- Skyspark Analytics – requires SkySpark annual Support agreement with Forest Rock.
- Any other product purchased from Forest Rock – free technical support.

Tridium Niagara Support - Partner Support Packages
If you purchase a Tridium system with Forest Rock, you are automatically allocated a team of dedicated Internet of Things professionals who are on hand to support you and your team at a time when your job becomes difficult – we’re here to set you at ease and work through the issue together.

Our team is available between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and can support troubleshooting your issues, providing technical solutions and advice to get your IoT system back up and running. We support issues from simple commissioning support such as licencing ensuring you have the right credentials all the way up to high priority issues where technical solutions are required such as setting up MQTT servers.
Our technical team is available over email, the phone and have the ability to wirelessly access your machine to put your mind at ease. There is also a direct line to our support team, without the need to wait on hold – pick up the phone, dial your direct support number and you’ll be in touch.

Software Support
As a Forest Rock customer of one of our software solutions, we provide to you a support package to support your needs going forward. You’ll have access to a team of professionals who are on hand to support you and your team when a problem arises. Whether you’ve purchased SkySpark, N4 Energy Manager, Melco Jace 8000 or any of our other software solutions – we’re here to support you.
