Tridium MicroSD card surcharge for JACE orders
Tridium has introduced a new microSD card surcharge for JACE orders, and the change has come through quickly. To help customers plan and avoid surprises,
Forest Rock Systems is putting a short “soft landing” in place.
How we will apply the surcharge:
- Orders received by 30/04/26 and despatched by 31/05/26: we will absorb the full £22 MicroSD card surcharge.
- Orders received from 01/05/26 and despatched by 31/05/26: Forest Rock will absorb 50% of the MicroSD card surcharge.
- Orders despatched after 31/05/26: Forest Rock will pass on the full MicroSD card surcharge.
To help avoid unnecessary additional costs on your projects, we would urge you to place any JACE orders by the end of April.
Note: Tridium will be implementing the surcharge from 2/5/26.
If you need anything in the meantime, please contact your sales account manager, or contact the team at [email protected].
